What a wonderful experience at Donutville on Ford Road in Dearborn! I brought my 80-year-old nanny in this morning to celebrate her birthday, and the kindness we received truly made her day special. Natalie was incredibly sweet and welcoming, and she generously blessed us with a free dozen donuts, which was such an unexpected and thoughtful gesture. The kindness didn’t stop there. A gentleman standing behind us in line even purchased a hot cocoa and a lemonade for us. It was one of those moments that restores your faith in people and reminds you how much small acts of kindness can mean. The donuts were fresh and delicious, the atmosphere was warm and friendly, and everyone made my nanny feel celebrated on her special day. Seeing her smile and enjoy herself meant the world to me. Thank you, Donutville, for not only serving great food but also for creating a place where customers feel valued and cared for. We will definitely be back! ❤️🍩🎉

The staff here are always respectful and patient when waiting for me to pick out my donuts from there vast and heavily stocked shelves of donuts. I always find it notable of the staffs kindness and respect whenever I stop by, so ill emphasize it again. The donuts are DELICIOUS and I always leave with a dozen because sharing with friends and family makes them taste better. I can safely say the donuts are made with love. You cannot go wrong with the cream filled and double chocolate donuts.

Donuts were delicious but some seemed not so fresh, server was very kind and helpful in this great atmosphere. Donuts are very well priced and lots of variety. Definitely try the honey glazed donut!

I got their cherry fritter. It was huge!!! Very soft and delicious. Full of cherry flavoring. My hubby got a chocolate Bavarian. His was delicious too. Great customer service. Very clean and nice establishment.

Came in middle afternoon and they were out of a few types of donuts I would have loved to try. But that being said, they still had a lot of choices available. I ended up getting a dozen donuts (my kids picked some of their faves). I will say, not the best donuts I’ve ever had, but they weren’t terrible. They were all a bit on the dry side. Do I need to drive 40 minutes to come back? Probably not, but if it was right around the corner, I’d probably be back. The guy who helped us was super nice and friendly. And the architecture and style is retro and fun.
